KRISTI GATTO - DIRECTOR
Kristi Gatto has been working in the entertainment industry since 2012. She has made her way through the entire production process working with companies such as Dick Clark Productions and JustJenn Productions (Mob Wives) in development, Jigsaw Productions (Going Clear), Allusion Pictures (The Republican) and Revolution Me Films (The Unknown) in production and Park Avenue Post in post-production. She founded Risk It Productions in 2016 as a way to produce content that inspires and impacts others. She has been an advocate for childhood cancer awareness for the past eight years.
BRENDAN GRANT - DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY
Brendan Grant is an American cinematographer and graduate from Temple University’s film school in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. After graduating in 2016, Grant launched his career with his first feature film, an action sports documentary called Road to AirVenture, which was released on Amazon Instant Video. Throughout his career, he has worked with major networks including The History Channel, Discovery Channel, Amazon Video and New York Post to name a few. He has also worked on film productions for Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
DONNA SPECKHARD - EXECUTIVE PRODUCER
Donna Speckhard works in the Global Safety and Security and Crisis Management field for Hilton. She has a passion for working with nonprofits and serves on two Board of Directors. She was personally impacted by childhood cancer when her close friend’s son was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiform (GBM). She was introduced to the childhood cancer community through him and has been involved in several successful fundraising and awareness campaigns for various childhood cancer charities. After seeing her friend’s son succumb to cancer at age 13, she became an active advocate to give children with cancer, and their families, a voice. This docuseries is a way for her to keep the promise she made to him two days before he died.
MARIA PALACIO - PRODUCER
PAULA PATINO - ASSOCIATE PRODUCER
Paula Patino (Producer) is a seasoned character actress, having performed on several hit television shows such as The Education of Max Bickford, 3rd Watch, and several of the Law & Order series. Aside from her television roles Paula has appeared in a number of blockbusters films, notably ’Spiderman’ (2002), and ‘The Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind’ (2004). As a Festival Manager Paula brings over 15 years of industry experience to bat.
